Award-winning real estate agent Lucas Harwood created Harwood Property Agents over five years’ ago, after several years working for some of Australia’s leading real estate brands.
His vision was to create a boutique, independent real estate business in the Sutherland Shire that would focus on personalised service, high-quality marketing and outstanding property results.
A licensed real estate agent with almost two decades’ experience, Lucas is now recognised as one of the Sutherland Shire’s top performing agents.
Lucas has been Miranda’s number one real estate agent for the last decade, having sold more properties in the suburb individually than any other agent in the area. He has also received the “RatemyAgent” award for Miranda’s most recommended agent for the last five years, based on positive reviews from his clients. He’s known for his results, having set a number of suburb and street sale results records over the last 15 years’.
As Director at Harwood Property Agents, Lucas leads a small sales team and enjoys still being hands on with every property sale. From providing pre-listing advice, to attending open-houses, following up buyers and negotiating the sales price, Lucas lends his senior expertise to every aspect of the sale process to ensure his clients get the best possible result.
